Gorffennaf 2018 – GDPR a Seiberddiogelwch
Daeth y Rheoliad Diogelu Data Cyffredinol (GDPR) i rym ar 25 Mai 2018. Ni waeth beth fo maint na strwythur eich mudiad, os ydych yn casglu ac yn defnyddio data personol gan roddwyr, buddiolwyr, gwirfoddolwyr, staff neu unrhyw unigolion eraill, mae’n debygol y bydd angen i chi gasglu a storio data mewn ffordd sy’n cydymffurfio â’r GDPR.

Bydd y rownd nesaf o’n Ddigwyddiadau Ymgysylltu yn darparu gwybodaeth ac arweiniad arbenigol i helpu mudiadau trydydd sector i sicrhau bod eu systemau a’u prosesau yn cydymffurfio â’r ddeddfwriaeth newydd.

Ni waeth beth fo’ch dealltwriaeth o GDPR, bydd y digwyddiadau hyn yn rhoi’r cyfle i chi ddarganfod y cymorth sydd ar gael gan Cefnogi Trydydd Sector Cymru, clywed gan arbenigwyr mewn GDPR a seiberddiogelwch a rhannu’ch profiadau â mudiadau trydydd sector eraill. Ymysg y siaradwyr fydd cwmni cyfreithiol Hugh James a swyddogion seiberdroseddau yr heddlu.

July 2018 – GDPR & Cybersecurity
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on the 25 May 2018. Whatever size or structure your organisation, if you collect and use personal data from donors, beneficiaries, volunteers, staff or any other individuals, the GDPR is likely apply to how you collect and store data.

The next round of our Engagement Events will provide information and expert guidance to help third sector organisations to ensure their systems and processes become compliant with the new legislation. Whatever your level of understanding of GDPR, these events will offer you the opportunity to find out about the support that is available from Third Sector Support Wales, hear from experts in GDPR and cybersecurity and share your experiences with other third sector organisations. Speakers will include Hugh James law firm and police cyber crime protection officers.
