GDPR & Cybersecurity

Daeth y Rheoliad Diogelu Data Cyffredinol (GDPR) i rym ar 25 Mai 2018. Ni waeth beth fo maint na strwythur eich mudiad, os ydych yn casglu ac yn defnyddio data personol gan roddwyr, buddiolwyr, gwirfoddolwyr, staff neu unrhyw unigolion eraill, mae'n debygol y bydd angen i chi gasglu a storio data mewn ffordd sy'n cydymffurfio â'r GDPR.

Bydd y rownd nesaf o'n Ddigwyddiadau Ymgysylltu yn darparu gwybodaeth ac arweiniad arbenigol i helpu mudiadau trydydd sector i sicrhau bod eu systemau a'u prosesau yn cydymffurfio â'r ddeddfwriaeth newydd.

Ni waeth beth fo'ch dealltwriaeth o GDPR, bydd y digwyddiadau hyn yn rhoi'r cyfle i chi ddarganfod y cymorth sydd ar gael gan Cefnogi Trydydd Sector Cymru, clywed gan arbenigwyr mewn GDPR a seiberddiogelwch a rhannu'ch profiadau â mudiadau trydydd sector eraill. Ymysg y siaradwyr fydd cwmni cyfreithiol Hugh James a swyddogion seiberdroseddau yr heddlu.
